	The Davis methods have been available in the UK since 1997 and are suitable for a wide range of learners, especially visual and kinaesthetic thinkers. Around 25% of people are visual learners and around half of these people go on to display dyslexic traits during their time at school and beyond.

During a programme the client is enabled to achieve the following:

Achieving focus and recognising when it is lost.
Becoming able to read letters and/or numbers and symbols easily.
Gain use in self-awareness tools for reducing stress, confusion or energy levels.
Improvement in balance.
Improvement in reading and/or mathematic ability.
Achieving own goals.
Adapting visual learning techniques to suit own needs.
Support training for helper.

All work is done in clay on a one-to-one basis at a pace to suit the individual needs.

Embracing the Davis methods can have far-reaching effects throughout other areas of the client’s life. Due to the nature of the work it appeals to adults as well as children as the work involves a mature and deep level of thought.

Professional services described as Davis®, Davis Dyslexia Correction®, Davis Symbol Mastery®, Davis Orientation Counseling®, Davis Math Mastery® and Davis Learning Strategies® may only be provided by persons who are employed by a licensed Davis Specialist, or who are trained and licensed as Davis Facilitators by Davis Dyslexia Association International.
